Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–21 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
