Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our manufacturing and logistics partners, with shipping locations that may include Asia and North America, depending on product availability.

This allows us to keep pricing accessible while maintaining quality standards.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–21 business days
  • International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, we may not be able to make changes, but you can still return the item once received.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Depending on your country, customs fees or taxes may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


How do returns work?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@elarionlab.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return or cancellation is approved.

  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days
  • PayPal refunds may process faster, depending on your provider

If you don’t see the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.


Are Elarion products safe to use daily?

Our products are designed for daily, non-cyclical use and are made using widely studied ingredients.
